First off click on Web Links on the menu. You should see the following at the top.

You may search the links by keywords, orby how new, popular or top rated the link is.

Also on this page you will see a list of categories, you may click on them to view a certain type of link.

When you get a list of links you should see a little description of the site. You can visit the site, rate it, modify it, or report a broken link.

Also when viewing a list of links, you can sort the links by title, date, rating and popularity by clicking the opitions at the top.
