First off click on FAQ on the menu. You should see the following at the top.

On this page you will see a list of categories, click on a category to view questions relating to it.

You may then click on a question and you will be taken to the answer. Or you can scroll down and view all questions and answers.

Also at the top you should see a link that says Ask A Question . You can ask a question this way if yours is not answered. However, I highly suggest asking someone on the forums first!
